Make the UI support entering descriptions better
Because I have to enter a description along with every time, I find this is slow, clumsy and error prone. To understand why from a UX design, probably the best think to do is read up briefly on Fitt's Law.
You've got the gist of that before moving continuing? Great, now you should have an appreciation how fiddly it is to hit a tiny box top right, come down the bottom left for the details, go back to the top right over and over. Most folks probably wouldn't "get" why it's so frustrating, they'd just have the take-away emotion.

Employee calendar view
Before the changes employee calendar was more convenient.
Before, when we were in specific date page, there was more information about the date (project, job ID, overtime rate and so on).
Now we see only the list and when I want to change for e.g. overtime rate I need to click "edit" and new window opens.
It would be much more easier as was before: on the specific date page to show all related info and make changes on the same page.

that the expense receipts were somehow better accessed on the employer side. We must have scanned receipts as backup for each exp report.

DovicoMobile - Copy timesheet or entries
As a user inputting time, I prefer the iOS app experience over your web app. I perform many of the same tasks each week and thus have to re-enter the time. I would like to be able to long-press on an entry from last week and copy it to this week. Any other similar variations of having the ability to copy entries from mobile app would be appreciated. It’s already a drag that I have to input my time, so please help me make the process more streamlined. Thanks! Will gladly beta test for you, as well!

Expose the vacation calendar over CalDAV to be viewable in Outlook and other calendar apps
The vacation calendar in the time-off should be accessible via CalDAV so that users can add this to their Outlook calendars or any other calendar app. Doing so will totally replace attempts to track vacation on shared Outlook calendars that are disconnected from the time-off approval system.

Make the "timesheet entry table" taller, to see more tasks at the same time.
The area used to actually enter time is tall enough to display only 14 lines, including project names. If you are working on 5 projects, this leaves only 9 tasks visible at the same time. That's not enough to view all the tasks I'm working on in any given week.
On the other hand, there's lots of unused white space above this area (the "Dovico" bar, the white space below the menu bar, and the "My Assignments / My Timesheet" bar. I took a screenshot and annotated it, if you are interested.

An Indicator showing that a previous week(s) was not summited
Every week I submit my hours but once is a great while the new week hour collection starts and the previous week, which was not submitted is hidden. A little indicator somewhere in the header showing the user that there are unsubmitted previous week(s).

Improvement to Jira integration
We're using the Jira integration and so far we really like it. One problem we have is that there is no way to associate a Dovico project with a Jira project. I am aware that the Dovico integration remembers which Dovico project you've previously selected (via cookie I assume), but this sometimes fails if you or someone in the team by accident selects the wrong project.
In that case the Dovico integration then remembers the wrong project and team members don't realize they're now logging their time against the wrong Dovico project. This means that on quite a few occasions…3 votes -
The cursor should not jump back to the first item when entering time. I should be able to tab through the options while making changes.

If I type in the job and hit tab then select my option for the next item it jumps back to the first item. I should be able to tab through all of the options, make changes where necessary and then save. All using the keyboard.

Horizontal page slitter
Very annoying split panel.
It take time to properly point the cursor in order to hover on the horizontal splitter.
Please fix this and make the hover area larger, as it is very unfriendly ux experience.

How about leave me alone and let me do my job? Where's that module?

Project Summary view: add link to Project Settings
It would be great if there was a way to enter project settings from the project summary page.
Currently there is no option to navigate to the Project Settings directly from the Project Summary. Instead I have to exit the Project Summary page and click on the Edit button next to my project in the list to enter the Project Settings page.
Makes for some unnecessary going back and forth between the project summary and its settings.

Set Project Alerts on tasks
Currently, it's only possible to set a project alert against the total hours or % of the project, but it would be more useful if I could set an alert against a task.
My use case:
Our team often overruns heavily on one task, but will spend less time than estimated on another. When I set a project alert based on hours/% spent against the entire project I don't catch the task that is overrunning until it has overrun so much that it's using up almost all estimated project hours (across all tasks). This means that after the overrunning task…

Send out a newsletter to Dovico admins
It would be great if you were to send out a monthly newsletter to Dovico admins where you highlight:
- new releases
- new features
- tips & tricks
- best practice examples
- featured suggestions with a prompt to vote on suggestions
Either all of these or a selection each month would be great.
For example I didn't know that I could vote on feedback from other users, but I'm sure this would be great for Dovico in terms of roadmapping and prioritizing your next features.
It's also a nice touch because for us as admin users it feels like we're all working together…

Chrome login fails on iPad pro
Hi. I cannot login on a new iPad Pro using Chrome. The login screen remembers my company and username, but when I enter my password and hit “login” the password field goes blank and nothing happens. No error message. I’ve seen this before with a banking site and it has always pointed back to the browser. Please advise.

Add the ability to enter the amount of time off required in the Time Off Application
Currently in the time off app there is only the ability to either have a half day or a full day.
There are times that only 2 hours are needed or times that are not in the 4 or 8 hour time window.
The ability to add the amount of time taken off or even have a field on the screen that can be modified for how much time off is going to be taken for that day.
