  1. Copying/Pasting from cell to cell

    It would be fantastic if we could right click a cell and select a copy/cut option, then right click a different cell to paste. It would be useful for cloning repetitive tasks or cutting and pasting when entering time into wrong cells. The parameters entered (Start, End, Time Entry Description) would then move from the Cut cell to the Pasted cell.

  2. Expense Favorites

    Can we set up Expense Category Favorites, similar to timesheet favorites? This would make expense reports less time consuming and less prone to errors.

  3. Default Yes or No for expense reimbursement

    When submitting an Expense Sheet, is there a way to have the "Reimbursable" flag not default to "No" but require the user to select "Yes" or "No"? The problem is that it defaults to "No" and employees often miss changing it to "Yes", which is the normal setting, so they end up not getting paid. I would like for the user to have to enter "Yes" or "No", making a conscious decision.

  4. Tasks not updated with new team members

    At the moment, if you have an existing team assigned to a number of tasks/projects, you have to manually update the assignments individually at the task level one by one if you add a new member to the team.

    In other words, if you add a new member to a team, that new member is not automatically assigned to the tasks of which that team is currently assigned to.

    Can we please enable the task assignment to also be automatically updated whenever a team update is performed?

  5. Graphical interface for timesheets

    Instead of entering time in a sheet, which involves cumbersome operation of mouse, context menus and keyboard, one could imagine an interface similar to that of MS Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar to enter time.

    Basically, select the time range to create a new entry and then populate the required fields: Project and description of the transaction (duration and start will be given by the graphical interface)

  6. Ability to add Project Management hours across the length of the entire project instead of currently dumped at the beginning or linked tasks

    Project Planning - Ability to assign Project Management Hours that encompass the length of the entire project after balancing by week of the project. Currently the hours either are dumped at the beginning of the project, or when linked to tasks do not provide time slots for each week a project is worked on.

    With the item lists we require the ability to sort the fields. Our accounting tech uses the ability to sort often.

  9. Job scheduler - First or last day options

    In the job scheduler, have the ability to select the first / last working day of the month. Currently, you can only select the 31st to ensure that you get a job run at the end of each month.

  10. Employee daily reminder if no time entered

    We require our freelance programmers to write the hours at the end of each day. It would be helpful to have a functionality "hours must be handed in daily". depending on the setting, and it would not be possible anymore to write hours after a specific delay_time. additionally it would be good that every user can configure a reminder email that is sent after a delay_time2 if he has not written any hours on a working day.

  11. Option to have project manager approval all time entered against project - rather than manually set up through workflow.

    Allow a feature where approval workflow is driven by the manager that was assigned in project creation. All time/expense entries that are submitted against that project automatically go to that manager for approval. As it stands - each time a resource is added to a project, the workflow needs to be manually updated. There should be an option to automate this process based on the project manager assigned.

  12. All Time Appearing in Time Calendar

    I think it would be helfpul if all time showed in the Time Calendar, broken down by type (entered, submitted, rejected, approved) and with a Grand Total. When I am looking at when people missed time it is hard to tell if they didn't enter the time or simply didn't submit it. Being able to see all these in the Tiem Calendar would address this.

  13. Expense Category, assign to ... or Show/Hide

    Administrator Features:
    Due to our structure, we had to set up a lot of Expense Categories. I would like to have a feature like assigning them to certain Regions, Clients or Project. This would give the End User a better overview.
    Or at least, if not used, if the expense category could be hidden.

  16. Option to attach all project related information of each project

    Being a designing firm, everyday about 10 -15 projects get closed at our end. It’s really difficult to remember names of all projects. As a solution, if we can have an option to attach job's information (can be word, jpeg, excel, pdf etc) to each job, will be great help.

  17. When a employee becomes inactive or a project is completed please allow a flag to remove these from view but keep the recorded hours

    When an employee is no longer active in the tool (leaves etc) allow the person to be flagged and removed from view for assignments.

  18. Be able to withdraw an expense report if it has not been approved

    Be able to withdraw an expense report if it has not been approved. If I notice just after submitting an expense report that I have something wrong then I'd like to be able to withdraw it up until the time it has been approved or rejected.

  19. Allowing for percentage calculations on the summary level not individual time entry

    Ability to divide total hours of a certain type by the total number of hours work (i.e. how many project hours as a percentage of total hours by person by department for the date range selected) - currently this formula calculates on an individual time entry basis and not is total

  20. Resource utilization consider actual time submitted

    It would be useful that the "resource utilization" tab could consider the "actual" time submitted under the tasks for the previous periods and adjust the remaining allocation accordingly. One now has to adjust the task "start" date in order to adjust the allocation for the remaining periods.
