We recently had an employee get married which resulted in a name change. She could not log in under her old or new name. I looked in the on-line help to see how to set this up so we wouldn't lose any of her time entry history and there was no reference to it. Since we are using Active Directory, we could not change the name in the properties for the employee. Dovico support showed me how easy it was to fix this by bringing up the Active Directory screen and highlighting her name in the "Employees to be synchronized" window and then click "Apply". It was that easy, and it should be added to the on-line help.
