Automatically assign employees to newly added tasks of a task group
Automatically assign employees to newly added tasks of a task group. Currently you can only update a task group in all projects with a new task if you select the MORE button on the form where you generate a new task. It would be very helpful if there would be another option which would assign for each project also the employees of a task group automatically to each newly added task. This would save a lot of time in case there is a need for adding new tasks.

Improving billing process
How to improve the billing concept increasingly:
1. Make a selection of the projects including the option ALL projects
2. Make a selection of the billing period (from - to)
3. The result is a list of ALL projects and a drill down list of ALL billable hours (detailed like now)
4. All the hours are checked on, so you only need to uncheck the special ones
5. Export to report/ DatawarehouseI think this works must easier than the other way around

Bulk time move modifications
Add a search feature, wrapping of titles and the ability to maximize the window. Currently we can't use this feature easily because we can't read the whole title of the project (we don't have controll/flexibility in the way our projects are named)

Reports explorer
Allow the window to be maximized (WHAT is the point of the tiny little window), add a search feature, add a filtering feature by status. Add the option to sort the projects alphabetically rather than by client first. We currently have over 4000 projects in Dovico (we will add about 1900 each year) and currently pulling a single report by project is a nightmare!

Allow the approval layouts to be stored
We use a lot of categories and every time we go to approve a staff members entries we have to adjust the screen separators to see all of their entries. This has to be done for EVERY screen refresh, when the submission or staff member changes. On a busy week this can see me moving the screen separators over 300 times! Can we not have the frame layout remembered somehow?

Automatically assign employees to job scheduler reports, which have a selection criteria on Custom Fields
We have existing job schedule reports, which use custom fields as part of the selection criteria.
When you select a report on an employee custom field and schedule the report, if a new employee is added to the custom field the new employee will not be included on the report. You have to go into the scheduled report job and reselect the custom field again to include the new employee.

Add tool_tip on mouse over of dropdown list row, which displays full text .
Under Menu>Views(tab)>Time & Expences>Actual Time & Costs; There are dropdown list for Project, Task and Employee filtering.
However these dropdown lists only display the first 21 characters and most of the time (for Projects / Tasks) are un-usable to find a unique item.My suggestion is the add a tool tip window displayed on mouse_over for a list item, which displays the full text.
It would also be great if the currect selection is concatenate together in the top margin. Similar to that avaiable in the Time Calendar when reviewing an employee's single day time sheet.

Vacations/absences -automatically reject timesheets to prevent the vacation (or sick) balance from going below zero.
Would like the system to reject timesheets when employees enter more vacation or sick time than they have accrued.

Vacation rules automatically change based on employee years of service
Our accrual rates change based on the years of service for the employee. We would like to see a function that would automatically select a new rule to apply a new accrual rate based on the years of service.

Option to attach all project related information of each project
Being a designing firm, everyday about 10 -15 projects get closed at our end. It’s really difficult to remember names of all projects. As a solution, if we can have an option to attach job's information (can be word, jpeg, excel, pdf etc) to each job, will be great help.

Allow IPhone App to rotate - to be able to read longer task descriptions
Our task descriptions are onften long, and often contain the same first few descriptor words. It would be a great help if the App could rotate on the IPhone to be able to read longer task descriptions.

Default State setting for remote employees
We would like to see some way in which we could associate a employee with a state in which they work for tax purposes. We have employees doing work in different states and need to bill/track their time and expenses based on the state where they work.

Adding a new task to projects
Hi,
We have several users who all have different projects assigned to them. Sometimes we need to add a new task to all of our projects. It is difficult to do this, since some users have some projects that other users don't. So you need to run the assignment report and add the new task for each employee seperatly thru quick assign. It would be helpful if there was a way to add a new task globally to all employees and to only the projects they have. Any suggestions? Thanks

Prior Month Date Option
I spend several hours each month adjusting the date feature in my reports. I run a monthly report after the end of each month and typically the crossover to the next month doesn't tie out. For example, after October ended (although I had clearly stated 10/1-31/2011 it auto populated my next reports to be 10/31/2011 - 11/30/2011 so for each report I had to manually change the from date to the correct date.

Nov 17 2011 – I understand Carl from our support department has been in touch with you and this is an issue with the Job Scheduler. Support will advise programming and I will update this issue once I can confirm that this is being addressed.
Nov 18 2011 – I have been advised by programming that this functionality is being included as part of a larger project and will be available in an upcoming release. -
Monthly View
It would be nice to allow people to view a monthly calendar similar to the time calendar that the administrators can view.

One expense sheet per employee per month with drop down option to assign an expense line item
It is rather laboriuous for an employee to have to do a separate Expense Sheet per project. Staff are having to create a number of sheets each month. Is there any way of having just one sheet per employee per month with a drop down option to assign an expense line item to a particular project?
