Option to attach all project related information of each project
Being a designing firm, everyday about 10 -15 projects get closed at our end. It’s really difficult to remember names of all projects. As a solution, if we can have an option to attach job's information (can be word, jpeg, excel, pdf etc) to each job, will be great help.

Automatically assign employees to newly added tasks of a task group
Automatically assign employees to newly added tasks of a task group. Currently you can only update a task group in all projects with a new task if you select the MORE button on the form where you generate a new task. It would be very helpful if there would be another option which would assign for each project also the employees of a task group automatically to each newly added task. This would save a lot of time in case there is a need for adding new tasks.

Undo an Approved timesheet
Is there a way for either a manager or system administrator to "undo" a managers approval of an employees timesheet? We are currently testing version 10 and this would come in very handy. Additionally when I mentioned this to one of the managers she advised she had already experienced a need for an "undo" of one of her approvals. She had to run to the next level approver and ask that he reject the timesheet.

Enable sub-projects with ability to set $ for each and gross up for project
So that we can maintain the dollar values of contracts and track against costs, we're finding that we could either establish many, many tasks that are specific to different sub-projects, or set up multiple projects without the "gross-up" to the project level (i.e., the sub-project for a customer becomes the project). Neither is ideal.

Moving submitted timesheets/expnsesheets to a new approver
There should be an option to move previously submitted timesheets/expense sheet to a new approving manager. There is a situation where in an approving manager resigned and left all submitted time/expense sheets un approved. There is no way to transfer them from the admin console to a new approver.

Employee daily reminder if no time entered
We require our freelance programmers to write the hours at the end of each day. It would be helpful to have a functionality "hours must be handed in daily". depending on the setting, and it would not be possible anymore to write hours after a specific delay_time. additionally it would be good that every user can configure a reminder email that is sent after a delay_time2 if he has not written any hours on a working day.

Sort item lists by column
With the item lists we require the ability to sort the fields. Our accounting tech uses the ability to sort often.

Bug - Hide / inactive doesn't work?
in Dovico you can set most of the elements of data to hide and / or inactive. However when you do that, it doesnt actually hide it from the interface

Ability to reject individual tasks, by day, with different reasons
the ability to reject a task with different reasons, on different days, such as ' monday--bill to project A' Tuesday, bill to project B. approve with exceptions only allows one reason, for all rejected time.

Job scheduler - First or last day options
In the job scheduler, have the ability to select the first / last working day of the month. Currently, you can only select the 31st to ensure that you get a job run at the end of each month.

Bulk time move modifications
Add a search feature, wrapping of titles and the ability to maximize the window. Currently we can't use this feature easily because we can't read the whole title of the project (we don't have controll/flexibility in the way our projects are named)

Add tool_tip on mouse over of dropdown list row, which displays full text .
Under Menu>Views(tab)>Time & Expences>Actual Time & Costs; There are dropdown list for Project, Task and Employee filtering.
However these dropdown lists only display the first 21 characters and most of the time (for Projects / Tasks) are un-usable to find a unique item.My suggestion is the add a tool tip window displayed on mouse_over for a list item, which displays the full text.
It would also be great if the currect selection is concatenate together in the top margin. Similar to that avaiable in the Time Calendar when reviewing an employee's single day time sheet.

Ability to view an invoice
The ability to view an invoice prior to posting is required. Curently only the Administrator can delete a posted invoice. This would allow staff to review the invoice for accuracy without having to post it.

Job Scheduler - add "Bi-Weekly" option for scheduling notifications/reports
Please add a "Bi-Weekly" option to the scheduler similar to the Windows Task Scheduler
We have a bi-weekly pay period. I need to send an email notification and report every 2 weeks on Wednesday. I would need to set the Start Date to coincide with the second Wednesday of our two-week pay period.

Vacation rules automatically change based on employee years of service
Our accrual rates change based on the years of service for the employee. We would like to see a function that would automatically select a new rule to apply a new accrual rate based on the years of service.
