DOVICO Timesheet Forum

We know entering time and managing timesheets are not very much fun, but maybe we can make it easier.

To get started: Select a Forum on the right hand side. Enter your idea to see if it has already been submitted. If it hasn’t, then click on ‘Create New Idea’ and submit your idea using a single vote or more depending on how much weight you decide.

I suggest...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the “My feedback” filter and select “My open ideas”.

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can vote and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can vote on it.

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

    1. Name Change

We recently had an employee get married which resulted in a name change. She could not log in under her old or new name. I looked in the on-line help to see how to set this up so we wouldn't lose any of her time entry history and there was no reference to it. Since we are using Active Directory, we could not change the name in the properties for the employee. Dovico support showed me how easy it was to fix this by bringing up the Active Directory screen and highlighting her name in the "Employees to be synchronized"… more

      • Tutorial videos

There were tutorial videos in a row at the top of the screen for the demo product, and I found them very useful, but these disappeared after the product went live. It would be excellent if we could keep these tutorials turned on at the top of the screen as ploughing through the help files is far less intuitive and user friendly. I am aware that the videos are still accessible through an external link, but again this is not as intuitive.

This is an excellent suggestion and has been discussed within the product management team. There is however no release date as of yet. This status will be updated once a date is known.
