When submitting an Expense Sheet, is there a way to have the "Reimbursable" flag not default to "No" but require the user to select "Yes" or "No"? The problem is that it defaults to "No" and employees often miss changing it to "Yes", which is the normal setting, so they end up not getting paid. I would like for the user to have to enter "Yes" or "No", making a conscious decision.

Our admin assistance is curious about how to enter the expenses for our executives without asking them for their AD passwords. Is there a work flow or other method available through the administration that will allow someone to enter expenses for another employee?

It would be great if when entering expenses you could select a predefined VAT rate from a list and then it calculated the VAT (as many receipts dont have the VAT spearated and you have to calculate it manually)

Instead of entering time in a sheet, which involves cumbersome operation of mouse, context menus and keyboard, one could imagine an interface similar to that of MS Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar to enter time.

Basically, select the time range to create a new entry and then populate the required fields: Project and description of the transaction (duration and start will be given by the graphical interface)

In the Time Entry via the iphone app, when you select a code and enter an entry you mis the next button, so that you can easily scroll down through all the codes. This is also for adding new expense entries.

I've noticed that in the timesheet, when I click the start button to start the timer, if I log out, I loose the time that I have recorded.  The software should ask the user if he/she wants to stop the timer and keep the time or delete the time logged.  Right now, the user just looses the time logged so if someone forgets to click the stop button, that time is lost and the user doesn't know.

Can you enter more than 24 hours in a day.

The stopwatch options are "start from previous" or "start now." I want another option, to "start from a specific time I can set manually." So, when I forget to start stopwatch, and prior end time is not the right starting point, I can set start time manually and have timer track from there. I need this *all the time.*

Use last week's timesheet's figures for this week. I can get a blank timesheet but this would save me having to enter codes and times week after week.

We have several users who all have different projects assigned to them. Sometimes we need to add a new task to all of our projects. It is difficult to do this, since some users have some projects that other users don't. So you need to run the assignment report and add the new task for each employee seperatly thru quick assign. It would be helpful if there was a way to add a new task globally to all employees and to only the projects they have. Any suggestions? Thanks

Need to improve on working hour property. Our company practices flexible working hours. The working hour ranging from 4 hour/day to 8 hour/day. Instead of flat 8 hours per working day, the working hour property should be flexible to adapt company policy. Another example, Saturday is a working day and the working hour is from 9.00am to 1.00pm. The system should allow user to set working hour as per Saturday.

Would like leaves/absences/training that employees pre-schedule in their timesheets to be seen by the Vacation section of the Project Planning component.

Establish a character limitation in the task description field. Several folks continue writing paragraphs of information in this field causing reports to be too long for these individuals compared to everyone else.

Please, create an interface from where a user can update their hours into Dovico.
Currently I'm working in 10 different projects and this means 10 different entries a day.

Is it possible to generate a list of time entries (like Track-It Light 200x) in order to list each records WITH Start/End for each task ? The problem is : if a user have to change repeatedly his Start/End tasks, he need to create a report and this way is too slow to complete/modify his entries.
