Would like to have a security group that allows full functionality of the administrator except ability to see rates

Allowing for percentage calculations on the summary level not individual time entry
Ability to divide total hours of a certain type by the total number of hours work (i.e. how many project hours as a percentage of total hours by person by department for the date range selected) - currently this formula calculates on an individual time entry basis and not is total

All Time Appearing in Time Calendar
I think it would be helfpul if all time showed in the Time Calendar, broken down by type (entered, submitted, rejected, approved) and with a Grand Total. When I am looking at when people missed time it is hard to tell if they didn't enter the time or simply didn't submit it. Being able to see all these in the Tiem Calendar would address this.

Editing the description on a posted invoice without having to delete and recreate
It would be helpful to be able to correct the invoice description after an invoice is posted without having to delete the whole invoice and start over.

Multiple invoice template
Most of our customer and also because where in Quebec, our Invoice template is in french. We would like to have multiple choice of template to be able to have a french, an english version and also customized one to provide more details for customer who ask more information

DB needs to automatically lockout time that has been invoiced to avoid project balance issues
We have been challenged with time being moved and negatively impacting reports on the project dollars after the invoice was completed. As part of the invoicing cycle, the time in the DB should be locked out so it can no longer be moved or adjusted. This issue has created some major headaches internally. A system similar to the employee timelockout could be established based on invoices

Include expand-all and collapse-all tasks in time entry window
When entering time, I can expand and collapse each project individually to see or hide its tasks (the + and - buttons). It would be handy to have global + and - buttons that expanded all projects or collapsed them all for faster navigation among many projects.

Expense entry similar to time entry
It would be great if expenses worked just like time entry, select multiple projects enter expenses per day.
It is absolutely terrible to enter a single expense for every project, especially when you have multiple job expenses on the same day. Time entry works so well why not expenses?

All "Approved by..." should be listed
On the reporting sheets (example ACTUAL EXPENSES) only the last approver is shown. For the payment, I have to print that sheet and give it again to the main approving manager to sign it, because his name is not mentioned on the print out.

Display the project ID number on project properties page
The project ID in the database is unique, and could be used as a project reference throughout the company. At present we have to generate a unique number external to Timesheet and add it to the properties page using a custom field. Seems a shame when Timesheet has what we need but just does not show it. This is an easy win!

A Button to Level All Projects After A Change Has Been Made
For instance, when vacation is added into the Planning Module, all projects that the employee is working on need to be leveled to reflect the new availability. If that employee is working on numerous projects it becomes cumbersome to level, save and publish each and every one each time.

import time from spreadsheet
I would like to be able to import my time one week at a time from a spreadsheet. You could export a blank spreadsheet for the week to ensure the format is correct for when it is imported later. The reason I want this: I already have my time in various formats, tracked by various other tools, I can easily put it into any format (such as a spread sheet, tab delimited file, etc), but it is tedious to have to manually enter all the data I already have into Dovico. The import would need to include (at a minimum)…

View status of all Timeheets/Expenses
As administrator or manager, I'd like the ability to view all users and the status in one screen and then drill down to individual for review. That way I can see who's timesheets/expenses need completion, approval, etc. before running reports.

Expense Category, assign to ... or Show/Hide
Administrator Features:
Due to our structure, we had to set up a lot of Expense Categories. I would like to have a feature like assigning them to certain Regions, Clients or Project. This would give the End User a better overview.

Allow a person to set lunch and break times with ability to draw against total working hours (flex time)
When completing a timesheet allow a way to enter start, end and break times (giving net hours) so that hours worked on tasks can then be added and the time added is deducted from the overall worktime for the day - ensuring that time booked to tasks and time worked match.
Example: Our standard working day is 7.25 hours, although most people would generally work more as we have flex time. In addition to the work hours, there is a requirement to take a minimum 30 minute lunch break. Consequently, the ideal would be to be able to nominate hours…

Normally Employee enter work status in daily or weekly .But some company expects to enter monthly also so why they need monthly.
