You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the “My feedback” filter and select “My open ideas”.

    1. Security on Trial passwords

      When my trial was confirmed, my account information was mailed to me, including my password in clear text - passwords should NEVER be stored in clear text, and should NEVER be mailed in clear text - that raises a security concern for me.

        Security is a very high concern to us and for this reason this is only done for the very initial account creation with the demo data for the trial service. Once this is completed, no passwords are ever sent via email. But you make a very good point, as we should advise people to change these passwords (via that same e-mail) once they are received. I will advise sales/marketing of this aspect.
